I Am An Old Soul

You Could Say, In Some Sense

... maybe in the sense that I'm old-fashioned, and so maybe think more like people older than me. In the sense that I am very traditional with my beliefs, values, and my spiritual side. The strange thing is despite saying this, I don't actually feel old. I hardly feel I've aged at all; maybe that's why I don't like looking in the mirror. I'm not aging or aged, so-much as feeling a lot younger inside me than I actually am :)

    While I am goofy as they come in a lot of ways I function straight off my common sense in a lot of ways too. I LOVE older folks and talking with them. I look a lil younger then I am but inside..... I think I think a little older too..... I feel just the same as I did when I was 18...I just know more now!! :D

    Yes, when I was 18 I thought I knew everything :) I think it's quite insightful of you to say that you feel older than you are.

    Once you've found that point of complete satisfaction with yourself, aging seems like such a minor thing, and at the peak of it, I suppose you find that the clock has reversed and has given you a youthful look and vigor. I'm only 18, so I feel much older than I am, but I'm happy to hear that at the point of enlightenment you can transcend both age and stereotypes.



    This makes me look forward to getting older now, instead of fearing it like others my age. :)
