Yesterday, my aunt died. She was the oldest of five. She had a massive stroke (far worse than her first) which destroyed 80% of the right side of her brain. She was on life support for a couple days, but her condition just got worse, so they pulled the plug. They took her kidneys after she passed, and there was a plane waiting at the airport to fly them up to Chicago.
Organ donation is probably one of the best decisions you can make. You can save multiple lives, and give people a second chance, and a new gratitude for life. After all, once you're gone, you don't need your body, donation is completely selfless.
