I've previously struggled with anorexia and managed to wean myself into a healthier lifestyle. I felt accomplished for a little while, but its just not as rewarding as starving and losing, starving and losing...
This time I want things to happen just a little faster, though. I've heard rumors that taking cold baths and drinking ice water daily can speed things up ever so slightly. Is this true? Also, if I do nothing but drink water for several days at a time, will my body retain that water?

I dont mean to spend more than 5-10 minutes at a time, just enough to induce shivering and muscle contractions to burn more calories in a day.
