Its Changing...

I've struggled for a while now, good days and bad days I take them in stride now.
but recently my patterns changed, it used to be no food during the day only tea,
and dinner at the end so the family wouldn't get suss, but now I find some days i
cant stop eating :( I hate it because it makes me feel so sick but I cant purge
because I'm terrified someone will hear, then other days I wont eat at all, and its
******* up my metabolism so bad and I'm putting on weight so fast and I cant
control it, because its based on how I feel day to day I either feel hungry or I
don't.

Just keep going, and try to stick to a routine like moosehead said. You'll get there if you take one step at a time.

If you force yourself to eat on a regular schedule every day your body will soon come to expect the nourishment at those particular times and shortly before them you will become hungry. That will even out your metabolism and keep you healthy.
