I'm 19, and I've never really like my body. I know that I'm not fat, but I still don't feel like I look like I should. I've eaten maybe 4 times in the past month, and I'm just getting really sad. I leave for New York in about a month, and I want to be able to wear whatever I want, but I keep getting discouraged. I don't sleep well at night, and after about a week of not eating I have to put something in my stomach so that I can sleep and have enough energy to get up and work in the morning. Are there any tips. I've never talked to anybody about this before.
