I've been eating under 500 cals per day for the past month (with a few occasional cheat days). On Sunday I binged and ate around 2000 cals. I've exercised every day this week and had negative net calories, but I'm still four pounds heavier than I was before my Sunday binge! How did I gain so much weight?? :(
