    Just be strong and keep your head held high ..and know you will do it and if not today tomorrow..The day you reach your goal is the day you know when you were determent to do it.     Weight loss can be easy if you set your mind on a goal and like what you are doing! Try different workouts that you think are fun and could see yourself sticking to everyday. Is there anything you love to do?? Any goals you have that will keep you looking forward and not back?

    You already have a target weight loss. Maybe you should set a goal for yourself and begin to work on it in stages, until you achieve it.
