Find something active you love to do and it will be easier to stick with it. Write down you goals and a vision you have for yourself. Think of all the reasons you want to be healthy!! You have to surround yourself with people to help and motivate you! I know talking with other people working out and that have the same goals as me is so helpful! I know i do Turbofire and it so much fun! I have tips and am here to listen!

It's hard to lose weight but, it is achievable once you make a decision to do it. It is must to set a goal, apply yourself and work towards it.

I can totally relate to what you are saying, I weigh about 350ish pounds, Its crap and I cant break the cycle either, be glad you have kids I have been trying to get pregnant for 2+years but I think maybe the weight is stopping me from achieving that :/ It feels like a hopeless battle and I too would like the surgery but I cannot afford it, and would be quite scared about it too.

Its a hard road, oneday just believe that you will find the strength, because even I know there is more happiness in losing the weight, than there is in eating the temporarily pleasing food :(

You have to break the cycle! BELIEVE you can do it. You know what helps me? I watch the Biggest Loser. I am not close to being overweight, but I am still inspired by the people that are on that show! Try it! Best of luck.
