Ballooning Up

When i was younger i used to be fairly skinny. Not anymore, I bought some new scales and stepped on them to find out I weigh over 200lbs. I have never weighed that much in my life even when i was pregnant with my son (who was a 10lb baby)

It doesn't help that i have a desk job and then when i'm done work i'm tired and i sit down to watch tv.

i know i need to stop eating out at restaurants (everyday for lunch) and stop drinking pop but they are two things i'm finding difficult to stop.

I bought this machine called leg magic to use at work when i'm not busy and so far it's being used as a coat rack

Hi Everyone,

I have to admit I have tried a lot of different programs over the past two years. Some have worked, some have not. I just started following this one and so far I feel great, have more energy, sleeping better at night and to top it all off have lost 6 pounds in a week.
Feeling very positive about the whole process. I feel so motivated and feel I can actually reach my goal this time, after years of trying on various so called "diets". I can feel that this is going to be a huge life change for me! I love you guys, keep up the good work, actually amazing work!

Workouts that are fun for you are the only ones you will stick too and there are a lot of great ones out there... I have many dvd sets that i love to do! I like doing things at one because its in the private of my own house and I'm not being judged by anyone but me. You can do this!!

You can actually dine out. It's just a matter of what you eat when you do. As far a drinking pop goes. Find something else that you like to drink and substitute it. If you don't have any ideas of what that might be, google it and see what choices are out there.
