When i was younger i used to be fairly skinny. Not anymore, I bought some new scales and stepped on them to find out I weigh over 200lbs. I have never weighed that much in my life even when i was pregnant with my son (who was a 10lb baby)
It doesn't help that i have a desk job and then when i'm done work i'm tired and i sit down to watch tv.
i know i need to stop eating out at restaurants (everyday for lunch) and stop drinking pop but they are two things i'm finding difficult to stop.
I bought this machine called leg magic to use at work when i'm not busy and so far it's being used as a coat rack
