Help For Cause Stalking VictimsThere are 8 main topics here: mass disinformation campaign, who is doing this, taking care of yourself, how to protect your home, how to desensitize from colors, cell phone/ home phone, computer tips. If you find this information useful, please don’t keep it to yourself. Pass it on to others that are struggling. God bless you. When you cry, cry to Jesus.
Mass Disinformation Campaign
In addition to what's being done directly to you there is a secondary attack - and that is a huge misinformation campaign. What they are doing is abusing the fact that when people are scared and confused, they are vulnerable and more likely to believe things they would not normally believe. This is especially true when a source (a website in this case) seems to be trying to help you.
There is a huge campaign to confuse and scare you. DO NOT BE AFRAID. There are no star trek weapons, there is no high-tech weaponry. Anyone who talks to you about V2K has either "lost it" or is not to be trusted. Other common lies include: this is a government conspiracy, you were hypnotized, you were micro-chipped in your sleep, you were selected for this at birth, you’re under mind control weapons, etc…
You are under lots of stress and you have experienced things that most people would not believe. But you are not crazy. Be selective in what you believe. Believe only what you've experienced and throw away everything else. If you have time, watch this PBS Frontline video called “The Search For Satan” to learn how normal, intelligent people can believe clearly absurd things when they are scared and confused and someone offers to help them. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/programs/info/1402.html
Who is doing this?
Many of us ask ourselves who is doing this? Who would go to such an extreme to put so much time and energy into following innocent people around constantly?
the answer: HATE GROUPS
The same groups that have been around for years. Check out the anti-defamation league website: http://www.adl.org/main_Extremism/default.htm
Most hate groups are white supremacist groups. There are over 50 different ones in my state. Although other groups are also involved (Black Separatists, Anti-Abortion), most of the people are white supremacists. Some of these groups disguise themselves as cultural organizations. You can find them online under clan groups, celtic groups, new world order groups.
Some targets will tell you it's a government conspiracy. That's what the perps want you to believe so you feel powerless. The thing is, that anyone can join a hate group, even if you're a police oficer, firefighter, whatever. That's why it's important that you ask their names and contact their offices if they are harassing you. You can politely ask if they had any business at this location because you're concerned it was related to hate group activity.
Taking Care of Yourself
You are under a psychological attack that includes strangers and those around you that you know and trust. You are under great mental and emotional stress. This can be very stressful and isolating situation.
1. Be strong. You can get through this and live to tell about it.
2. Treat yourself well. Treat your body right. Be kind to yourself especially if you've had a bad day.
3. Be kind to others. This will keep your self-esteem intact.
4. Make new friends, even if temporary ones. Join volunteer clubs, social clubs. You will meet perps everywhere, don't let that stop you from interacting with others.
5. Take strength from your higher power. Pray.
6. Trust people, don't trust websites.
7. Rest assured that perps don't have superpowers. There are no high-tech weapons. They just have a lot of time and use it for evil.
An Exercise For You
Here's an exercise you can do: think of 5 things you enjoy doing that are easy to do, inexpensive, and don't require a lot of time.
Some examples are 1) watching a movie 2) staring at clouds looking for shapes 3) gardening 4) sliding across the tile with your socks on
It could be anything. Make sure to do these things weekly. And also do at least one thing DAILY that you enjoy doing.
How to Protect Your Home – House with Garage
If you live in a house with a garage, start resetting your remote daily. You'll soon see how else they are getting into your house. If you want to seal your home, you'll have to do somethings that sound a little crazy:
1. Your garage door opener must be newer than 2002 (has rolling code technology)
2. Use physical barriers on all windows and doors, hi-tech stuff won’t work
3. DRILL shut your sliding glass doors, drill from the metal fr
4. Drill a 2x4 across doors
5. Continue to erase all codes and reset your garage remote daily.
6. Get a money belt to wear under your clothes and keep your garage door opener ON you at all times (don't leave it anywhere!)
7. If there are others in your home, they'll have to protect the garage opener the same way
How to Protect Your Home – House with no Garage
Use physical barriers on the rest of your doors and windows (Follow instructions above). On the door you will use, try using an unpickable/ unbumpable lock such as a Medeco Lock. If you spend the money on these locks, make sure to install a METAL strike plate. That’s the plate that goes on the thin side of the door . Otherwise, they can still pick your lock with the door closed by putting a tiny whole in the side of the door (you won’t see it for months). That happened to me.
You’ll need to protect the key by getting a money belt and keeping it ON you all the time. Don’t leave it anywhere!
COLORS – How to desensitize yourself
If you are being sensitized to recognize colors as stressors, there's a quick, easy way to desensitize yourself: exposure.
Go to the Dollar Store and buy a trinket in that color. Put it on your desk, on your kitchen counter, somewhere near you all day. Put it in your car. Put it near you while you're watching TV. It only takes a few days to desensitize you to feeling a stress reaction when you see that color unexpectedly.
If a whole week goes by and you're still not desensitized, print a color image from the internet (google images) of the item that is being used as a stressor and place this picture near you all day long.
Even if they change the color, you can change the item and it will still work! Works like a charm!!
Cell Phone and Home Phone
This is what is going on with your cell phone. Note that even when the phone is turned off, the person who has tapped into it can still hear your conversations. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCyKcoDaofg
Things you can do:
Remove the battery from the cell phone for privacy
Purchase a pay-as-you go cell phone with cash and install a forwarding phone service (such as Vumber) so that your true cell phone number remains hidden. There are many of these services available online, do some research and pick one.
The purchase reciept has all the identifying info for the phone (MEID, etc). Make sure you destroy it (shred it, flush it down toilet)
Keep the phone ON you at all times.
If your credit card number is compromised, get a new one to pay for the service. Change all passwords.
Once you setup your account online leave it alone. The more you access it, the greater the risk that they’ll find it.
Also note that land-lines can be easily accessed by anyone in the vicinity with the proper tools. So your land-line is not private either.
1. Bios Password
Use a bios password on your computer (a hard drive password). **warning** if you lose it, you won't be able to access it and most IT folks won't be able to fix it. The good thing is, that perps won't either, unless you leave home and leave the computer on.
When you first turn on the computer, a black/white screen flashes for a few seconds that says F2 for setup (some computers might have a different function key). Go into Bios, and add a hard drive password.
Keep your passwords in a small notebook that you carry on you at all times. Get a money belt and wear it under your clothes.
2. Acer E-Recovery
If you have some extra money, get yourself a computer with E-recovery (Acer). That way you can clear and reset the hard drive frequently. You won’t be able to save a bunch of files to it, but you can delete the keylogger (even if only until they get in your house again).
Remember to unplug your router overnight to reset your ip address. That prevents them from accessing your computer remotely too after you have removed the keylogger. If you use dialup, the ip addess changes every time you go online.
After you remove the keylogger from your computer, close your old email accounts. Perps will send you emails that look official (like from your bank) containing viruses. The viruses can auto install as soon as you open the message or even if you just preview it (some email services do this automatically).
