Finally On Meds!

I finally got on my bipolar meds a little over a week ago. It's starting to make me feel so much better, but they need to tweak it a little bit. My depression is gone, but i have been manic as ever. Not being able to sit still, knee bouncin all day long. The trazodone doesnt work. I still wake up around 3am every night and have a hell of a time falling back to sleep. My dreams have been so vivid its unreal. First time in my 30 yrs that I can actually remember my dreams. Anybody else have this going on?
