I have to admit, I never really gave the word much thought until I saw it here.. so I wiki'd it

Bohemianism From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search For other uses, see Bohemian (disambiguation).

The term bohemian was first used in the nineteenth century to describe the non-traditional lifestyles of marginalized and impoverished artists, writers, musicians, and actors in major European cities. Bohemians were associated with unorthodox or antiestablishment political or social viewpoints, which were expressed through extramarital and probably as well marital sexual relations and frugality and/or 'voluntary poverty'.

Man if that word can't be used to describe me some what, I don't know.. it isn't me in a nut shell.. but it sure does describe some of me.. -)

This is what I found here:

Dress like a bohemian
Do what you want
Challenge what you and others believe
Express yourself in some artistic way
Question others when it doesn't make sense

Sure - there is some Bohemian in all of us. But takers could take it to any extend of alternate lifestyle and call it Bohemian!

It is true you learn something new everyday. Cheers and thanks for the information!
