I've been holding 7 hours my bladder is bursting I've drank a lot of water. I cannot sit still I keep moving trying to hold it in I want to hold 10 hours if I can but I'm getting very desperate to pee

    Don t go to the loo, put on your jeans, tighten your belt, and do not open it, wait until your body reacts automatically, and wet yourself completelly
