A Poem By God

Hello everyone! I'm 15 and I recently became a Christian in January. I've grown up in a christian home, but never fully tried to commit my life to Christ until this winter. I feel that God has blessed me with the talent of writing, and I give to Him all the credit. I believe that this poem I wrote a few days back was written by God, through me, not by me. Here it is, it's called My Child:

Don't worry, my child, for I count your tears. Don't worry, my child, there is nothing to fear. For I made the world, the darkness and light. How could I not fix up your life? So cry child, cry. Cry as you may, but do not forget this very day. For you will look back in a time of might. And remember when I, the Lord, helped in your life.

Thank you all so much :) And Breiks07, thanks for the verse! I don't think I've ever read that verse, and I can't believe how close it is to my poem :)

The first sentence of your poem reminds me of Psalm 56:8---"You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your record?" God keeps a record of all we endure, and He is there to help us. =)

That is a really good poem!
