I recently purchased a replacement part for my clothes washing machine that had burned out, the package stated it was made in USA, then when I looked at the part to install it, in big letters were spelled MEXICO. Make in the USA often means assembled in the USA, packaged in the USA, and even just plain out fraud (lying)

A comment about cars sold and made here by foreign Auto. companies. Just one example! Especially those cars made here in the U.S.! What that does, increases the profit and the amount of money Leaving the states! When they are made here they no longer have to pay tariff. The steel making them, takes it from our resources. If they buy the steel and have to ship it across the "pond" they pay more. Increasing the money for the states. In many ways! The shippers no longer have that income. The dock workers no longer have the work to move them off the ships. The truckers and rail roads no longer have the income from moving them. The additional distance from the docks. Most of all, the additional Profit LEAVES the country!! No longer allowing for the money to work for us here!
