Yes, I saw that and was very offended for you....I read some of that person's recent comments and there were several that were rude and offensive in other threads as well. Try to ignore the comment and the person...not worth any amount of your time! (=

We all make tough decisions and the loss of a child...whether by choice or not is the hardest thing to live with in life...my opinion...having lost a child that was yet unborn in a car accident was the hardest thing Ive ever had to endure.The next was naming the baby that was 8lbs 2 1/2 ounces that was a boy..Robert Keith...he was named for another angel the died at a young age ...12 my spouses brother died of a brain tumor...yes cancer took this beautiful young man...an alter boy, a kid that was one of the nicest Ive known....when we make decisions we do the best we can....we also live with those choices and they stay with us...your decision to put a name to the unborn child was a decision that you made that Im sure took strength and courage for something that you made a decision about long ago.If this comforts you then this is what you should do and no one should tell you otherwise.

Ironman, I am so sorry for your loss ! Like you, I had no choice. Mine was taken out of my hands due to the fact I was only 12,a week before my 13th birthday, and the child was my own fathers. Glad I didn't write that in the post ! Imagine what the ignorant one would have said to that !

I just read your previous post on this...and yes I wasnt completely right about choices...I am so sorry that you had to endure that....the strangest thing of this is the baby we lost was lost on November 12, 1977 and my mothers birthday is also November 12 ...she passed away in 1974.
to have gone through what you have Im sure has haunted you throughout your life...but none of this was in your hands...your were but a child and you had your childhood ******** away....I wish there was something I could say to ease the pain I know you have lived with....to have a parent do that to you to have what happened to you is to bear is a very heavy cross indeed....but you hold your head up and let no one tell you different...you are strong and good and beautiful and loved!
