Hugging Is Good Medicine....

I found this on facebook and was amazed at how lacking I am.  It goes like this....Hugging is good medicine.  It transfers energy and gives the person hugged an emotional lift.  You need 4 hugs a day for survival, 8 for maintenance and 12 for growth.  Scientists say that hugging is a form of communication because it can say things you don't have the words for.  And the nicest thing about a hug is that you usually can't give one without getting one in return.  Just when I thought I was doing ok I read this and learn that I'm not even surviving.   I try to play it off that it doesn't matter but, it really does.  Shouldn't be too much to ask to hold my hand, put your arm around me when we are sitting together - oh but that's right we don't sit together do we.  You make sure that you sit as far away from me as possible. If you feel cornered then you will barely touch my shoulder like a hug and practically push me away if it seems to take too much of your time.  So  my true fantasy is to find someone to cuddle with, snuggle with, hold my hand, and randomly hug and kiss me.  Yes, hugging is good medicine.....
