The emptiness and loss that I feel every second of every day is unbearable.
I miss my babies so much.

Posted Nov 1st, 2009 at 7:31PM Obviously I can offer no help but sympathy. But I have a suggestion that won't help exactly but might bring you comfort. Begin a journal for your children. I believe they won't be separated from your forever and it will be difficult for you to express to them all the love you felt for them But, if you write a journal to them, you can pour out your love for them. They can not be with you right now and maybe it will be very soon when they can but meanwhile, write to them, tell them what you are doing, tell them what your life is like, tell them what you fear you are missing about there lives and what you would do for them, if they were with them. For example, write down what you would have liked to do with them for Halloween. Or keep a blog for them. Much good wishes and prayers for you. I can not begin to imagine.
Posted Nov 7th, 2009 at 1:18AM, last updated Nov 7th, 2009 at 1:19AM Whoa, that's pretty screwed up. I suppose it depends on the state, but I've dealt with this with my parents (mom lives in north AL, and dad lives in south TN), and you can call the police department where your ex husband lives and see what they can do. Some states have specific laws against this sort of thing. I know with my dad (In my case, there was no kidnapping, mom just felt like raising hell.), all my mother had to do was call the police department where my dad lived and the cops would soon be knocking on the door for a "welfare check". Or, for that matter, just show up to the sheriff's office where he lives (assuming that you know where he is) with your court paperwork showing that you have custody of the children, and I would expect that they would escort you to his house for you to retrieve your children.
Posted Nov 7th, 2009 at 1:34AM That is completely my problem D. Here in Georgia rights tend to sway towards the mother and without the father being "legitimized" they have no legal rights, whatsoever. Unfortunately, they were taken to Texas which pretty much adopts the "whoever gets them first and hides them best, keeps them" which I think it one of the most f**ked up things I've ever heard of. My children ARE NOT his property to claim. When I went to file a complaint with my local sheriffs department the investigator suggested that I"put on some make up and a sexy dress", insinuating that I should seduce the a**hole to get my kids back. Needless to say, I have other plans ;)
