I am 57 and have 6 children ages 18 -34. Yesterday when driving by their old Elementary school, I got extremely depressed. Seeing the young adults with their children, holding their hands as they walked home from school really opened up the floodgates. I miss my children being young, picking them up from school, going over their schoolwork, attending school functions, etc.... I feel so old,

You have some wonderful memories of your children growing up and now you can see them as young adults. Be proud of this! You have helped them and nurtured them to be the people they are today.
And now you will have more time to do the things you want to do and be the person you enjoy being!
Have a wonderful time being you.
