When you place yourself in a group then you block yourself in. We then act out the label we give ourselves. We identify and live out of this label.
You are a free spirit that is finding your way in this world.
Try to be you each day - as you begin the day, you can have a flavour for that day. such as today I will be "Open to new possibilities"
Do you spend allot of your time in your head? Mulling over stuff....
You are not just your body or mind....you are so much more.
I see that you like to draw, that is so good to get your free thinking as you draw. To loose yourself in the moment of creation of the character that you are bringing forth.
If you can, get into Yoga/Thi Qi/Qi Gong this will allow you to be more present in your body.
I found the books by Eckhart Tolle very valuable to read.
He talks about the "Pain Body" how this has so much to do with how we see ourselves.
Quote for you:
“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”
― E.E. Cummings

I can't get into yoga and stuff like that, it's WAY to expensive
