I Will Be Starting Sunday

I have done the C25K and got up to week 4 and stopped because I had no gym membership and winter was beginning to kick in. Although that isn't an excuse I got a membership today and I plan on doing the program and making running a part of my regular routine. I remember how good I felt and how proud of myself I was. I have gained 20 pounds since I stopped running and I am ready to lose that and challenge myself again. Good luck to those ladies starting over.
