QuestionI am 15 years old, 5' 8" and weigh 139 pounds. I am using this program mainly to lose 15 pounds and tone my body. Although, i have a few questions. First, i currently run 4-5 miles a day and have been for about two weeks. Will running mess up the muscle confusion? Second, I have noticed myself feeling extremely dizzy about halfway through the workouts. Are there any low calorie filling foods that you would suggest eating before p90x?
