Jump Training - Help!

I am an active, fit, 50 year old female with not so great knees. Has anyone out there found a way to modify the Plyometric DVD?

Don't jump. Simple. Just do stepping, keep moving. IMPACT on knees can damage knees. New infomercial features an athlete who had multiple knee surgeries who got a lot of recovery from doing P90x (he says). Always modify to accomodate your injuries/limitations. Push the muscle, don't push the joints/cartiledge!
