My Pull Ups....

are only about 5 inches and that is all i can do for now... doing my best and forgetting the rest.

Have you tried using a chair? Push it at far away as you can, using only the top of your foot on it to support you. You can do almost 3x the amount of pull-ups with it! Try it out next time to help support you!
