I Just Started - Day 2

Hello. I googled P90x hoping to find some people who are doing the progrm. I am excited however I never seem to get a full handle on the nutrition portion. Any advice?

I found that counting the portions was easier than attempting to make the menu choices. I started by writing down how many servings I had to have of each, then designing the menu for each day of the week making sure I had checked everything off my list. It was hard at first, but after a while it just becomes second nature. I had to buy some protein powder and bars though because it was nearly impossible to get in enough protein with just meat/eggs/etc. <br />
and YES I totally agree with the V-8 thing! (just make sure you buy the low sodium one!).<br />

nutrition is THE hardest part of any work out. I heard V8 is a quick and healthy way to get some veggies in. It helps with the prep time and for those who dont like veggies that much (ME lol) its a great way to get those portions in. I'll ask around for more tips and get back to u but keep at it!! you can do it just stay focused.
