What Does This Mean?

I am not sure how others use this term but for me it means this:

I am SAFE for the following:

I am safe to talk to online including EP, email, and IM.  I will always treat you with courtesy and respect.

I keep private information confidential (including email and personal addresses, phone #'s etc.)  I don't share any photos without permission.

I am 100% safe to meet in person.  I am not a serial killer or a criminal. I am a gentleman. 

In short, I am honest, trustworthy, and can keep a confidence.  That's me--I'm "EP safe".
