Venting is a good thing. It lets you blow off steam and let the frustrations go. Losing/stabilizing weight can be difficult as we get older and more difficult with some medications we need to take.

Also, make sure you are getting enough vitamins in your diet. That is a real common problem these days. A good multivitamin that is easily absorbed. Liquid is best

We all need to vent and it seeps they have given us a perfect place here to do that. Any illness wears on us especially one that is chronic. It affects not only how we feel but also over time our mood. You seem to be handling it pretty well considering. Hopefully it won't impact you a great deal.

I've heard from a number of people that gluten can be a culprit. It's not just calories; it's the sort of calories you consume. You might give that a look.

I know all too well the limitations on exercise imposed by a chronic health condition. In my case, it's been sheer stupidity because I was reluctant to take my prescription. No more. Reading this from you just reinforces my resolve to use the damned inhaler so I can go back to the sort of exercise I enjoy.

Colloidial silver is great stuff. Just be aware that it can change your skin pigment. From what I have read it can make your skin turn blue and it is permenant. So do not over do it. It had no ill effects, but most folks do not want to look like a smurf ;)

My mother had to have her thyroid removed. My sister was on a strict 1200 calorie per day and didn't lose weight. Her cardiologist discovered her metabolic problem was related to blood sugar and she was able to lose some weight - but it has been a battle all her life

    stick with it!

I have Hypothyroidism myself and it most definitely makes it hard to lose weight! Sometimes it's like I can gain weight even went I join my wife in a diet...that sucks!! I have maintained a pretty health weight probably due to being a very active person, of course that's within the limits of my own pain and physical issues. Good thing I'm stubborn though, I wouldn't give up!! LOL

EP is good for venting. You have lots of space and people can read it or ignore it. I like some acknowledgement when I vent, so I'm going to give you some. I hear your frustration. It is very upsetting when you want to do something good for yourself but can't. Hang in there, Honey!! I notice that there is a stalker just below me. I feel for you.

You need to start taking colliodal silver for your Lymes disease, at least 20PPM. Goggle this! You owe me a night of hot sex for this information!!! I make my own colliodal silver and have been using it for years and haven't been sick for the past 9 years. It will change your life!

Awesome! I bought the SilverLungs generator and have made gallons of 20PPM colliodal silver. My friends and kids are all using it all the time. It even clears up a canker sore in your mouth! My son-in-law got ring worm on his face and chest from the gym, he's a MMA coach, and it cleared it up in two days. Now he's got all the guys in his gym using it to prevent infections! Hey, does that mean the sex is not in order now?

I'm the one with the crazy libido at my place, my wife would be happy once a month. It's weird, her ******* are outstanding and she has several really hard ones that I wish mine were like but then she's good for another month. I'm ready 10 minutes later 24/7 and always in the morning, she has no interest.

Never let your ailments control your life.Always be strong!

Even when you have no strength left in your body. Be strong. Just waking up in the morning & sitting up in your bed are REAL victories. :-)

The only thing that can stop you in life, is you. Always be the irresistible force you know you can be. Always be the immovable object you were destined to be!

I'm rooting for ya! Stay strong, babe! :-) (((BIG warm hugs)))

Hi 1sweetloralei, I know where you are. I have been a diabetic for over 30 years, I have lymphedema in my legs and I have had 3 heart attacks and a total colectomy. Growing up and into my early forty's I was into sex of all kinds. Now all I can do is reminisce. I have learned to live with the neuropathy and other daily pains. 5 months ago I fell and broke my shoulder still not able to use it completely. I exercise every day with work on my arms and legs. I can walk with a walker about 300 yards and I do it each day. Keep your head up and keep trying. Best to you.

I know about hypothyroidism; hypothyroidism can affect the moods too. I was born without thyroid, so I have to take thyroid medication for the rest of my life. I have to watch out for medication dose because it will affect my weight,my mood and my thoughts. limitations can be frustrating; it feels like you're tied to a chair and can't move.

Thanks for venting. I do the same. I too am struggling with my with weight because if illness. I am on calorie restriction for diabetes, and it sucks. My muscles ache, but I do walk. I just took the dog for a 2 mile walk. My dr had me increase my caloric intake, and I am losing weight again. Make sure that your calories are right for you. Mine were to low, and my body thought I was going into starvation. I am at1900 now.

Your profile won;t let me send you a message - so I'll post here... I'm not trying to sell you anything, but think this company's products may be able to help you...

I hope that you will do some research on your own and if you think the products you are looking at will help you, I'd be happy to work with you to get them. Magnetic therapy and natural products can make a world of difference, and there are many people my wife and I know personally that have overcome tremendous obstacles using these products, so it would be selfish of me not to at least share them with you. The decision is totally yours and I won't ask you again about it

Go to www.nikken.com and see what they have to offer. They are a world-wide company that started in Japan, and are the world leader in alternative health products. They are 100% non-invasive, all natural, and have worked miracles on thousands of people

If you are interested add me to your circle and send me a message - I will help you explore the options available to you. The decision is totally up to you.

    I wish you the best.
