Starting Over

Hi
I am in the process of bankruptcy for the 2 time. This time its chapter 13. I feel like so bad. I think the bottom line for me is that I took another job almost 2 years ago that made less money (the job I was in that made more money was soo dysfunctional that it tool an emotional toll on me). I couldnt keep up with bills after I took the new job and tried selling on ebay to make up the difference. That did help for a while but then my job got more demanding and I had to focus primarily on it. ANYWAY I go the Meeting of the C. in 3 weeks. My company has been notified about taking out money from my paycheck. That also makes me feel bad....If anyone has advice or similiar situation let me know.
Thanks Deb

Stay strong Deb! I'm pulling for you, even if it is virtually! I'm in a tight spot myself, decided to file for the first time a few days ago. I can't imagine the stress of a second one, but just remember you got through the first one ok. Just ping me if you need an encouraging word.
Remember: You're not alone, and you don't have to go through this alone.
Deb, Dont worry about it - I am in the process of a 13 too, everyone gets into these situations, and it doesnt matter, just next time - dont use the cards lol - I was told by the Bankruptcy attorney not to worry about it because the amount of people filing these days are astronomical, its for people who are trying to be responsible.

Best of luck to you - and dont worry about your job, they cant discriminate against you and the only people who are supposed to know are the administrative people only and by law they have to keep that confidential
Best to you- your doing the right thing
