So Fat.

I am so ******* fat. I hate it. I try not to eat, and when I get yelled at for eating, i eat a little bit, and than I get yelled at for stuffing my fat ******* face. I hate being so god damn fat.

You should build a better relationship with food. Don't think of food to be all bad. There are good foods out there, so try to eat them instead of the bad foods. Plus if your out and about being more active physically, it will make you feel better about yourself. Just remember that all of this takes patience, time and the will to fight for yourself.
