I Just Hope I Could Say This About Myself...

My mind is in chaos. There is so much I want to say but can't find the right words. Everything is a blur.
But this is just a phase.
I know that I will be feeling better soon...
That's just it. Most times, we just have to learn to release everything and not bother about a thing at all. Some problems truly need no solutions or maybe, not just now. So I try to take it easy. Who knows, tomorrow may not be so bad afterall...

I have been known to simply put down on paper whatever is in the front of my mind. Releasing all the combined energy that these thoughts have stored up in themselves. Then I am freed from all of these thoughts that were renting space in my head. Then I can sit down and focus on one thought and view all the parameters that encompass that thought.

You're not alone. Try to be kind to yourself. It will pass.

sometimes when we allow things to follow its natural course, surprise, surprise the world doesn't fold in on itself, but i think it's in us to seeks answers, solutions, ideas....if only to appease ourselves.
