    Sounds like you're already on the right track Dem. You're realizing that despite your feelings, you actually are doing a good job because you produced results in your job. Just keep showing yourself the proof that you're performing. I also think that as you get older these feeling will lessen.



    On a side note, I wonder why this type of thing is so much more common in women, at least in my experience. Men are driven to perform, but it's not usually because they think badly of themselves, it's because they want to do better than some other schmoe. One reason I ask is because I'm raising a being that will some day (too soon) be a woman and if there's anything I can do to make her more self confident I'll do it. My wife, my ex-wife, and just about every woman I know has, or had, some self-esteem issues.
