I Would Forget My Own Head, ...

A lot of times (so it seems to me) I forget things I should do, where I left something, important events, what I said - my own live story.

I am particular bad with numbers, e.g. dates, time, finances, maths - well pretty much everything to do with number.

I am forgetful and I hate it, because it gets me into all sorts of trouble and some people may take advantage of me.

Also I often am convinced I remember something clearly and I am persuaded, that "honestly" it was not like this.

This is so frustrating, as my mind ends up in a mess - a state of confusion and disbelief.

So when some people say to believe in yourself - well I struggle with the concept. Can I truly vouch for myself?

There is so much out there I could use to improve my memory, but I even forget to use them.

If it wouldn't be so ridiculously obstructing, I would laugh.
As I seem to not be able to change much, I will laugh anyway.
