Brother's Co-worker

Yesterday i was having a rough day. Everything went wrong and i was driving back and forth. Last night my older brother pissed me off, so i went to go see my younger brother at work. As soon as i get there i tell him whats going on. So he gets off work and we go to the bar next to his workplace. We see his friend "John". I knew john was gay because he worked with my little brother, and he tells me everything. So i have a few beers with my little bro and than he leaves. I go and sit next to john, and we just connected from there. He is funny and likes to joke around. He is not the serious type and loves to talk. We go outside to smoke and now were hugging up on each other, and just staring at eachother. Later on, i took him home. We stayed outside his house for maybe half in hour just holding eachother and making out. I didn't want to leave but it was getting late. I wanted to go in his house with him but it was only our first night meeting each other. I don't even know how to tell my little brother what went on last night. He knows i'm gay but it will just be akward since he works with John. Well the only problem i have, is that he is an older man. I'm 24 and he is 40..... big age difference but he is so charming. I really like him but i don't know. Is that too much of a difference? He wants to take me out to dinner soon and i know i'll probably hangout with him this weekend. I really can't wait to see him and i've been thinking about him all morning and probably will be all day.
