Feel Like Such A FattyAt the end of november my belly was 29 inches around, after a month of gaining and 18 days of eating WAY too much my belly has fattened up to just under 36 inches (bear in mind im naturally smaller and if i ate 'normally' i would be about 27"belly/115lbs).
Now its gone from nearly flat to a ball of soft blubber growing at my waist.. a wobbling pot belly bulging over my jeans.
A second roll is forming between my belly and chest and lovehandles are sneaking their way to my sides, it took me a summer last time to get this chubby, i think i pushed it a bit too far...
An average day these last few weeks has been: Big bowl of porridge with banana and honey and juice and a chocolate bar for breakfast, a PBJ sandwich with thick white bread and extra peanut butter with crisps, more chocolate, sausage rolls and a yogurt for lunch and a big carb heavy meal and bread for dinner followed by desert(s) plus snacks, NO exercise.
Looking at my round gut now i can't believe my abs were beginning to show last month
