fantastic post. Is this original? Did you use any written resources to prepare this? I think a lot of people would really benefit from this.

Im actually goin threw him being home again and feeling totally weird! i had a routine and everything i was finally use to being by myself and now its like wtf? i dont want to feel this way i love him hes my husband why am i being so cold and distance? The part that really got to me was the 'stranger' part being physical with each other for the first time was like ????...i had no idea what to feel. Now conversations are short and words are barley spoken but i hope with time we will start to open up, that we will go back to our old selves young and married. I just hope it happens soon, its breaking my heart to see the hurt on his face.

Wow...that was amazing to be able to read. I feel like it validated my emotions. Let me know that how I feel isn't wrong, and I'm not alone. The relief I feel right now...I can't even explain. And it gives me hope that I will feel like I'm ok again. Right now it doesn't feel like I'll ever be ok again. Thank you for sharing this. So much.
