I am completely new at this! I have no idea what I am doing. Me and my guy are not actually officially dating. I think he is waiting until he comes home to make it official. We have been good friends for the longest time. I know a lot of you don't hardly get to talk to your man/woman, and this may seem childish but my guy is just on base. And we use to talk all the time every day. recently he hasn't been talking as much. My friends don't understand. I don't know if I should leave him alone for a while or keep trying to communicate with him. All of this happened after we had a serious conversation. I don't know what to think. Like I sad this will seem childish to most of you but I have never done distance before. I don't know what to think. Any comments?

If he is just on base stateside, he is probably working office hours. Unless he is in basic training, then he really has no life and might get 30 min a day to call home. Text him and ask his schedule and tell him you miss him and want to set up times to talk. (27 years of USAF service)

  He is stationed on base in Germany. He work on planes over there. I basically know his schedule. He keeps claiming his phone is dead yet he is always charging it when we skype. I dont know.

  Hmmm... long distance relationships are tough. Seen too many fail in military...heck my wife had an affair and I was home every weekend. I'd ask him out-right.
