Now

I am going to be more positive. I find myself fallinng back into negative thoughts more often lately and it´s a bad routine. It creates automatic responses in the brain and it easily goes to the negative again and again. I´m vibe.switching now and will be kind to myself, positive and let that inner light shine with full force.

The key is to control your thoughts and to develop a habit. Don't be hard on yourself when you fail. Just keep going. You are in no hurry. And don't be perfectionist. One particular quote I like: You must be willing to do things poorly before you can ever do them well.

I find it could be very easy to get into the loop of negativity once you start thinking about negative things. Its a wonderful thing you are getting out of this cycle of negativity and thinking about everything in a more positive, more beautiful way.
