Two Weeks and Counting
On May 11 the WOMAN challenge begins. I've seen this before but finally got the info this year. It's a virutal walk. Every day you record your number of 'steps' or howmany minutes you worked out and your progress is charted along the map.
I am looking forward to it...I'm only taking the 'short' walk..norhteast corridor from Maine to Delaware. But I really think I can do it.
The packet that came with the registration has all kinds of stuff in it...health tips and diet tips and so much I haven't sorted through all of it yet. But what an adventure. (even if it vicarious from my computer)
So...I'm getting excited. Yeah....
Even my boys and mom are helping me sort through the stuff. This should prove interesting. I'll let ya know. :)
