I've been eating right and exercising regularly for about 6 weeks now and I've lost 10 pounds. I don't use the word "diet" because I don't want to get into the mindset that at some point when I lose all the weight I want (an additional 15 pounds) I will return to my old eating habits. I need to continue my current lifestyle for the rest of my life to maintain a healthy weight. I've been on this roller coaster too long. This time I'm determined to take off the weight and keep it off!!
