I Overeat. I Waste Food. I Feel Guilty.

I have the habit of only eating my favorite parts of the food. Like crunchy sides of the biscuit, just the raisins and nuts of the cake.

I felt better thinking that "now I am using my calories limit on the parts I love".

But I am wasting food. I feel guilty.
