    The Briggs Meyers test woudl be good for you to take. it shows you which side is strongest. I too am introverted and extroverted. I teach, thats when the extrovert side is prominent. Once off the podium I am a loner. I didn't see the humor in your statement as when one communicates it can be in a number of ways. No one cannot communicate. Our gesters, body movements even staying still or silent sends a message.
