I need someone. Anyone. I'm literally in tears, having a breakdown. I just don't need some person to try to talk me out of depression, because unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

What do you need

Deep, controlled breathing. Tense your muscles for 10 seconds or so and let go.

Both of those are techniques for immediately relaxing physical symptoms of anxiety. Your heart rate will settle down and you'll find it easier to relax.
