To Make A Friend, You've Got To Be A Friend

I'm here not just for anyone who needs a friend, but because I need a friend as well.  I have been through some extreme personal tragedy and have lost the friends and family I had.  I have my one and only true friend, my husband, but I need to start reaching out again to others.  I hope I get to connect with many in the near future.  If you're interested, I've making a chronicle of what I have been through as part of my healing process, so check out my blog.  In the meantime, I will search for those I can support.  To make a friend, you've got to be a friend.  Love to all.

Having your husband as your best friend is really important,

That's what I'm here for. And I think your precious. Looking forward to getting to know you better.

I'm glad you're reaching out, and I'm glad you found me :)

I am 57 and a widow my husband and friend of 23 years died in August of 07 never knew life around people could be so lonly. He had cancer for 5 years and faught a hard battle we both did. I cared for him at home and I never regreted one moment He knew me until the last few hours he lived.I also took care of my mom and dad until they died a few years ago. I still see some one they knew and I almost dial there number to tell them. My husband and I cut wood to sell for a hobby and I miss that a lot we solved all the worlds problems out there in the woods.
