Pain In My Heart N Confused

I am going thrugh what i now believe to be a twin flame experience,the separation is killing me slowly.i dont knw whre to turn to.is an incredible amount of pain and confusion.an up and down on and off roller coster from since i was 17 years and now i am 31.the pain is so raw in my heart i just do not understand.nOTHING WORKS,letting go is imposisble,pls any ne who knows what imtalking about.pls talk to me.
