Counseling

I am in counseling because my parents are splitting apart and my brothers and i HATE each other. My mom thinks its best if i can talk to someone and not hold it in tell i BLOW-UP........ so i have been seeing this woman for about a year now (it took forever to find a good counselor) and i think its helping but I'm still really angry but i don't know why.
