My husband is stationed here at fort benning. Its a nice area, kind of boring but a hop skip and a jump away from Atlanta. Plenty of places to shop though!!

    I love Ft. Benning and Ft. Stewart. You are right that there is nothing really to do locally, but there is soooo much to do in the surrounding cities. I wish you luck and safety in your family's future military travels.
