I Think He Likes Me....

Reupload** Wow so me and my professor are just getting more and more risque nowadays! He came in and said "well hello" and smiled at me and I just stared at him and he did it back and he said "I was being nice" and I said "I know but that don't mean I have to be nice back" and he said "I know I know I'm just saying" haha. But it's funny because normally there's someone else near me but he only ever says hi to me... I told him to make the TA meeting at 2 so I can go home and eat for free and he said "bring me lunch" and I said "I ain't bringing you lunch! I'll bring you a poptart" and he said "oooh bring [his favorite kind, which just happens to be mine too!]" and I said "of course those are the only ones I like!" And then he walking with us and I said "why are you walking this way I don't want you on the same path as me!" and he said "fine I'll go this way and you'll go that way" and I said okay and we said bye to each other happily it was cute(: He came in the room and I asked what he needed and he said just checking in and smiled at me and kinda stood beside me and another student called him over and he said see? And I smiled and laughed. But it was interesting because he came and "checked in" a lot and normally he'd do it once and that would be it.

He brushed by me gently and I said "don't bump into me" and he said "whoaaaa, if I wanted to knock you over I could" and I said "no you can't" and he asked another person who would win? So the person looks at us and he said my professor would win and I said how?? And my professor said why he'd win and I said "so? I'm black so I automatically win!" And he said "what, that makes you more athletic?" and I said "no I'm just stronger" and he said "we are not racing, we are not playing basketball" and I was like "your lucky your my professor or I'd hit you!!" it was sooooo funny and terrible at the same time! So this boy needed help so I got my professor's attention and he came over and he gently put his hand on my arm while the boy explained. so then my prof was explaining the question and our arms were touching, so he was done explaining and he just stood there for waaaaaay longer than I thought he needed to, like 30secs and then he finally moved but I was like damn normally he woulda left or moved but he just stayed there... One of the TA's said my prof was targetting him (teasing him alot) and my prof said "I'm just trying to prove to [my name] that she's not the only one (that he's mean to" and it's interesting because this isn't the first time he's said that but it's always ME he's trying to prove a point to! I told him to stop talking or something and he said okay and moped and hung his head and I laughed and then we smiled at each other(:

He asked me what I wanted to tell him and I said I couldn't say it in here and he said why not and I said I dunno so then he whispered "come with me to my office" and I said okay so I followed him out and we got to the hall and he said "come to my office" in a 'your in trouble' tone and I said "hey don't say it like that" and he was like "its fun" and I said "yeah because you know you'll never say it to me" and he said "well..." And I stopped walking and said "this is why I don't have time for you!" But I thought he was majorly flirting here.

Playing with keys and talking to a student and then he came back to where I was and I was just staring at his keys (which just happened to be near his...) and then looked up at him and he was staring into my eyes and then looked down at like the middle of my chest and then back up to my eyes so I was like he legit just checked me out! Not to mention I did have cleavage showing so who knows what he was doing but he's never "checked me out" before like ever, or at least let me catch him. We were talking about doing research and he said if I was in town during the summer I could come by. So I said I could come for a week and he said that was too short of a time to do anything so I have to talk to him about that, could be interesting! He said he would make a list with the quiz codes and give it to the TA I was sitting beside and I said "why not me?" And he said "ill give them to you" And I said "no you said you'd give them to her you pointed" and he gave me his 'really?' look and said quietly "its because I really hate black people" and I laughed and he said "that's what you wanted to say!" And I said "no it wasn't" and he said "its what you said in your head" and I said "you don't know what I thought that's a in my head you can't see it!" and he gave the 'damn she's right' face and said yeah yeah and we smiled at each other! It's just cute to me how openly we can joke about stuff like this hahaha!

In his office he said that he wants to push me to do things I've never done before because its all about us not him just getting stuff done, it was about us learning and becoming better people. But when he said this he was staring into my eyes and there was something behind them when he said it. And I also noticed that when I'd be talking and not looking at him and then I'd look he was staring at me but he'd look away when I looked at him. He was telling me about this commercial that was going to be in the Super Bowl and he said "when I saw it I thought of you immediately" and I was like !!!!!!!!!!!! basically I died because I always assumed he was never reminded of me but now I know he has thought about me at least once outside of class. I told him I was going home one weekend and he kinda looked at me confused and said "really?" and I said "yeah" and he said "sounds fun" but looked sad about it! I told him to do something on the computer and he sighed and was walking away so I said "are you going to do it?" and there was a pause and we both said "no" and he smiled(: But yeah that was our wonderful cute day!!
