What Should I Do?

This morning I received an alert from my phone reminding me that Spring registration is today and tomorrow. As much as I would love to return to school, I don't know if I should. I work a full time job in the family business which is planned to be handed off to me. I guess I'm fairly lucky to have a job with job security, even though it's never been what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. That said, the job I want most doesn't even require college (concept artist).

I was in college this semester. A lot came up (moving out of the county where I go to school) and I pretty much fell behind enough to where I needed to drop my classes. I love learning and I do want to go back, but I don't think I can handle juggling a full time job with my education. I'm needed at work, as I'm the only one who can do the bookkeeping since my grandmother passed last year.

I'm at a crossroads and I don't know if it's worth it to go back. I could really use some outside advice.
