I'm In the Air Force

I went to basic training four years ago in San Antonio, TX at Lackland AFB. The first week, all I did was cry and wonder what the hell I did. After that, I loved it. I thought basic training was fun. It was entertaining, got me into shape, got me to a doctor when I was sick, allowed me to reinforce my beliefs that women are incredibly bitchy and stupid in groups, and was just plain fun.

I'm a weapons troop, which is a glorified maintenance troop. I don't like my job, but I'm glad I did it. I've spent four years of my life as a mechanic and electrician and now understand that type of career. Whether I get out or stay in, I have a better appreciation for those types of jobs.
