There is a woman, and she thinks that I am attacking her for defending my religion. She also thinks that since I don't believe in God and the Bible, that means I am attacking her. I swore at her and called her a couple of names before, while defending my religion. She says she told the cops that I was cyber bullying her. Am I going to get arrested? I know I called her names, but I was also defending myself because she insulted my religious beliefs...I don't know. I'm just 14. Please help me.

Ignore her. Block her. She torments so many atheist kids here. And she changes profiles like I change socks. Block snyone who torments you. Please. It is too much for you to deal with emotionally. She hasn't reported you to the cops. She says that to every atheist kid she harasses.

Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, a group, or an organization.[1] It may include false accusations, defamation, slander and libel. It may also include monitoring, identity theft, threats, vandalism, solicitation for sex, or gathering information that may be used to threaten or harass.
Cyberstalking is often accompanied by realtime or offline stalking.[2] Both are criminal offenses.[3] Both are motivated by a desire to control, intimidate or influence a victim.[4] A stalker may be an online stranger or a person whom the target knows. He may be anonymous and solicit involvement of other people online who do not even know the target.
Cyberstalking is a criminal offense under various state anti-stalking, slander, and harassment laws. A conviction can result in a restraining order, probation, or criminal penalties against the assailant, including jail time. Cyberbullying is the use of information technology to harm or harass other people in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner.[1] According to U.S. Legal Definitions, Cyber-bullying could be limited to posting rumors or gossips about a person in the internet bringing about hatred in other’s minds; or it may go to the extent of personally identifying victims and publishing materials severely defaming and humiliating them.[2]
With the increase in use of these technologies, cyberbullying has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers.[3] Awareness has also risen, due in part to high-profile cases like the suicide of Tyler Clementi.[4]

...that's what she was doing to me! She kept on going around, commenting on all of my posts, repeatedly sending me messages then claiming that I was "harassing" her for replying to the messages. I apologized for what I said, and she accepted the apology, but now she is going around lying to everyone and saying that she is being harassed and cyber bullied, even though I told her to leave me alone the very first time she messaged me, she continued to message me and post on my whiteboard. She was falsely accusing me...shouldn't she be the one being reprimanded? I never stalked her, I never attacked her group, she started the scuffle, and she was deliberately attacking my group of people, and publicly denouncing me. The only thing I did was slander, and she revoked her own opinion on that. I apologized appropriately and she accepted it, but she did way more than I did. First of all, she was spamming the site, then she continuously messaged me, then she went around and falsely accused me of doing things I never did. I have proof of all of this.

Yet you have one of her sock puppets, http://www.experienceproject.com/about/candyia on your friends list.
You need to increase your level of awareness and vigilance.

Thanks for the info.
